1. Program Description

Mold Restoration Pros #1, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as "Mold Restoration Pros" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), offers an SMS text messaging program used to send appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, estimate follow-ups, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages related to our mold inspection and restoration services ("the Program").

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Program (for example, by submitting a form on the Site, requesting an appointment or estimate by phone or online and providing your number for text updates, or otherwise affirmatively consenting), you expressly consent to receive automated and/or manually sent text messages from or on behalf of Mold Restoration Pros #1, LLC at the mobile number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to the Program by submitting your phone number through a scheduling, estimate, or contact form on the Site and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, or by otherwise providing express consent to a member of our team. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — for example, you may receive messages related to a specific appointment (confirmation, reminder, technician-arrival updates) or, if you have opted in to promotional messages, periodic marketing messages. You can expect to receive approximately 1–4 messages per month on average, though this may vary depending on your active service requests.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. The Company is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier related to messages sent or received through the Program.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from the Program unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by emailing bobby@moldrestorationpros.com. Opting out of SMS messages does not opt you out of other communications, such as email or phone calls, related to services you have requested.

7. Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or email bobby@moldrestorationpros.com. Email is our sole channel for handling messaging support requests and clarifications; requests submitted by any other method will not be processed.

8. Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and factors outside our control.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS / Messaging Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
